The oldest millennials are now pushing 40. And they STILL sometimes need their parents to bail them out in this financially broken world.
According to a new study, almost half of millennials say their parents still help them out financially on a monthly basis.
Almost 18% say their parents pay for their cell phone . . . 10% groceries . . . 6.5% rent . . . 6% health insurance . . . and 6% gas.
So what’s the biggest thing that’s keeping them from being financially independent?
Nearly 40% blame their low salary . . . 25% say it’s their rent or mortgage payment . . . another 25% blame student loans . . . 9% say it’s the cost of raising kids . . . and 2% say it’s the cost of taking care of their aging parents.
