Elizabeth Kaleva pleaded guilty to the misdemeanor Wednesday after she was charged earlier this month following a car crash.
According to court documents, Kaleva had previous DUI convictions in 2005 and 2013.
Kaleva’s attorney Peter Lacny told the court that his client plans to begin a month of inpatient treatment Thursday.
The judge ruled that completion of the treatment program will as count as 25 days of her monthlong jail sentence. Kaleva will be required to spend five days in jail at some point during the next six months.
Kaleva was also fined $2,500 for the DUI.
