Come one, come all to the 1st ever MISSOULA UNDER CONSTRUCTION! Drive a forklift, maneuver a crane, operate a bulldozer & more at this one-day fun-stravaganza – where kids get to drive the big rigs!
The event is Saturday, August 18th, 2018 10 am – 4 pm , near Fort Missoula Regional Park.
Visit all kinds of awesome builders and doers in the “When I Grow Up” area. What’s it like to be an electrician? A plumber? A pipefitter? Get your hands on activities and get a taste of the trades. Visit all of the activities for a cool prize you can build with!
Food trucks will be present for lunch purchase and restrooms will be onsite. The event site is handicap accessible, though some unstable ground may be present.
Ticket prices: $5 each for pickup at Missoula Food Bank & Community Center during open hours. $5.45 each to have your tickets mailed to you prior to the event. Processing fees apply for online ticket purchases.
Tickets are also available for purchase with cash or check at Missoula Food Bank & Community Center (1720 Wyoming St.) and will be available at the door on the day of the event for $5 each. Children 2 years old and younger get in for free.
Directions: Missoula Under Construction will take place near Fort Missoula Regional Park (3401-3499 South Ave W). From Reserve Street, go west on South Ave. W (past Big Sky High School). Take the second exit at the round-a-bout to continue west. Take the next left on Guardsman Lane and follow the parking signs for Missoula Under Construction.
