Feeling burned out at work? You’re not alone — by a long shot.
A new survey of 2,000 Americans revealed that nearly three in five employees feel the same.

Four in 10 said their job burnout has caused them weekly health issues, while 54% of respondents said their sleep patterns have been affected. Forty percent say they suffer from regular anxiety, and 56% say they feel “intense” stress every week at their jobs.
We also have difficulty leaving that anxiety and stress at the office when we go home. Forty-four percent say their work/life balance has been impacted by workplace stress, while 37% say job stress has made them less ambitious in their career and 36% have seen their productivity drop.
On the other hand, 12% of those polled say they have no stress at work. So bully for them.
